About the role
As a Support Engineer, you will work closely with development squads and Markets stakeholders, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the platform. The platform primarily leverages C#.NET , market data technologies , and OneTick for high‑performance data storage and analytics.
What you'll do
- Maintain and enhance platform configuration and implement small functional changes using C# and related technologies
- Support market data pipelines , ensuring high availability and performance of real‑time and historical data flows
- Work with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins , GitHub , UrbanCode ) to strengthen and optimise build, deployment, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and feature team to deliver incremental improvements using Agile practices
- Operate as part of a cross‑functional engineering team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused solutions
