What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar)
- Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements
- Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers
