About the role
The Product Team at Lokal operates as the engine driving our “house of apps” model. We work at the intersection of deep Bharat user insights, cutting-edge AI, and business strategy. As an Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of Product/Senior/Junior Analysts embedded within one or more product verticals, partnering directly with Product Managers and Engineering to turn data into decisions that scale engagement, monetization, and retention.
What you'll do
- Analytics Strategy & Prioritization: Decide what the team works on, balancing ad-hoc business asks against longer-term measurement infrastructure
- Stakeholder Management at Scale: Sit with multiple product/business leaders, translate business goals into a measurement agenda
- Operating Cadence: Own recurring metrics reviews, business reviews, and OKR-tracking rhythms for your area
