Eaze is a sister app of lokal where Eaze is an emotional wellness platform where you can connect and talk with experienced wellness buddies, who empathize with your experiences and will help you to feel good within minutes.
What you'll do
- Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process
- Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturity
- Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with the necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards
