About the role

As an Associate – Onboarding & Engagement, you will play a key role in building and managing Eaze's Wellness Buddy ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding journey—from sourcing and screening potential Wellness Buddies to facilitating training, ensuring operational readiness, and driving ongoing engagement.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound leads and guide potential Wellness Buddies through the application process
• Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication, empathy, and emotional maturity
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified Wellness Buddies aligned with platform requirements
• Support the execution of training programs for Wellness Buddies
• Facilitate smooth onboarding by aligning candidates with community guidelines and platform expectations
