About the role
We’re looking for a Content Associate to own the end-to-end content lifecycle, including ideation, production, creator coordination, QC, and performance analysis. The role requires a content-owner mindset, strong understanding of audience, trends, storytelling, and content performance, with the ability to use data and AI tools to improve content quality and engagement.
What you'll do
- Create and execute short-form learning and edutainment content for Gyan TV
- Develop content ideas and formats based on trends, audience needs, and performance
- Work with writers, editors, and creators from ideation to final output
- Identify and manage relevant content creators
- Review scripts, hooks, thumbnails, edits, and final videos
