About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of short-form storytelling, social media trends, and audience psychology. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and writing audiences across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
What you'll do
- Create compelling short-form scripts (under 60 seconds) with strong storytelling flow
- Translate content from Regional Language to English and English to Regional Language
- Write sharp, attention-grabbing hooks to maximize engagement and retention
- Craft platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels
- Analyze ad metrics (CTR, watch time, drop-off rates) to refine creative strategy
