About the role

The Product Team at Lokal operates as the engine driving our “house of apps” model. We work at the intersection of deep Bharat user insights, cutting-edge AI, and business strategy. As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a squad of Product Managers and Product Analysts, taking end-to-end ownership of a major product vertical or portfolio of apps to scale engagement, monetization, and user retention.

What you'll do

• Drive product strategy to maximize conversion and retention through data-driven analysis of supply-side levers and their business impact
• Own and enhance payment systems by improving payment success metrics, optimizing payment gateway (PG) integrations, and elevating the overall checkout experience
• Design and run pricing experiments including default pricing, cohort-based pricing, discounting models, and repeat-user strategies to optimize revenue growth
• Collaborate with Marketing to unlock and scale new acquisition channels while continuously optimizing performance
• Strengthen trust and user satisfaction by defining and improving profile verification workflows and customer support processes
