About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Content Creator / Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation, scriptwriting, and video content development for Lokal Matrimony. The role requires strong content strategy, storytelling, on-camera presentation, audience research, and performance marketing expertise, with the ability to translate audience insights and product features into compelling UGC videos, promotional reels, and high-converting ad creatives.
What you'll do
- Create multiple hooks, concepts, scripts, and creative variations for Meta and Google/YouTube Ads targeting both male and female audiences
- Lead on-camera content creation and deliver engaging, relatable, and persuasive presentations
- Research audience preferences, consumer behavior, regional trends, and competitor campaigns to identify content opportunities
- Collaborate with videographers and marketing teams on video shoots, production, editing, and creative execution
- Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and app installs to identify opportunities for improvement
