About the role
We are looking for a Social Media & ORM Executive to manage and monitor Lokal's social media accounts, maintain online brand reputation, and ensure smooth day-to-day social media operations.
What you'll do
- Manage and monitor all official Facebook pages and Instagram accounts
- Ensure regular, featured, promotional, and campaign-related posts are published accurately and on time
- Respond to user comments, direct messages, and queries professionally while maintaining consistent brand communication
- Address negative feedback constructively, moderate spam or abusive content, and escalate genuine user concerns to the relevant internal teams
- Monitor content quality, captions, creatives, links, and branding across all social media pages
