Telesales Executive - Tamil

About the role

We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive (Tamil-speaking) to support Lokal App’s growth by engaging potential users through outbound calls and converting leads into customers. This role involves understanding user needs, pitching relevant solutions, managing the sales funnel end-to-end, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

What you'll do

• Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions that fit their requirements
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies
