About the role
We are seeking a Lead UX Researcher to uncover deep insights about users across India, from Tier 1 cities to Tier 3 towns. This is an exciting opportunity to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences across diverse demographics. You will lead research initiatives that drive user-centric design, ensuring our products resonate with users nationwide.
What you'll do
- Conducting end to end primary and secondary research; on ground and telephonic interviews/ remote
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies including but not limited to user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, card sorting
- Build comprehensive user personas and journey maps based on behavioral and cultural insights
- Identify user pain points and motivations, providing actionable recommendations to improve user experiences
- Present research findings to senior leadership, product teams, the design and other key stakeholders
