About the role
Validate contracts against trade tickets, including quantity, quality, Incoterms, payment terms and risk clauses. Archive statutory and trade documents as per SOPs.
What you'll do
- Manage India domestic purchase and sales contracts for Grains and Pulses, ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, proper documentation and compliance
- Generate contracts from the Front Office system
- Arrange stamping and trader signature, issue contracts and follow up for countersigned copies
- Update contract status and receipt dates in the Front Office system
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor master data
