SAP Senior Solution Specialist – FICO

About the role

As a Senior Solution specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of business processes in our back-office systems. You will be the end-to-end owner of one or several key IT solutions within Back-Office Services, aligning the delivery roadmap, innovation pipeline, and continuous improvement plan with business needs.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Conduct an animated workshop to provide detailed presentations, step-by-step guides, compliance training, hands-on sessions
• Ensure support structures and KPIs are maintained
• Act as the primary point of contact for aligning solution priorities with BPOs and functional heads
• Develop strategies, initiatives, and communication plans to maximize value, adoption, and satisfaction of the solution
