About the role
The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Credit & Collections team plays a critical role in managing the company's cash flow and minimizing credit risk. The team is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, monitoring accounts receivable, resolving payment disputes, and driving timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Manage a specific portfolio of accounts
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent accounts as well as records of any payments collected
- Contact customers with overdue accounts
- Initiate the dispute process on disputed invoices, or misapplications
- Negotiate payment agreements within their designated level of authority
