What you'll do
- Brand Performance & Analytics
- Analyze brand-level KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, content engagement, inventory performance, and returns to identify performance trends and opportunity areas
- Independently extract and compile performance data using SQL, Excel, and web analytics tools to support brand diagnostics and opportunity identification
- Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews, Q&A, and competitive insights to recommend improvements to the online customer experience
- Provide accurate reporting and insights across the digital channel related to content, product information, assortment gaps, and competitive positioning
