About the role
The Senior Analyst – Pro & Services Finance will support the Pro business , one of Lowe’s largest and most strategically important growth areas. Pro represents a $30B+ annual business and serves professional customers across multiple customer segments, geographies, products, and fulfillment channels.
What you'll do
- Analyze sales, margin, and plan performance across locations, products, customers, channels, and other business dimensions to identify underlying performance drivers
- Lead ad hoc analyses, diagnostics, and strategic deep dives in response to emerging business questions and leadership priorities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks , identify the right datasets and methodologies, and drive analysis through completion
- Develop sales and margin decomposition models to explain performance and quantify key drivers, opportunities, and risks
- Perform customer-level analytics including segmentation, benchmarking, behavioral trends, retention, and opportunity identification
