About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable enterprise applications powering Lowe's Pricing AI platform. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements and functional specifications into high-quality, production-ready software solutions that enable AI-driven pricing decisions across merchandising, pricing optimization, and revenue management initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable full-stack solutions spanning frontend applications, backend services, APIs
- Translate complex business requirements and functional specifications into technical designs, executable user stories
- Build and enhance modern frontend applications, backend services, REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native platforms
- Own the end-to-end implementation and delivery of assigned features and projects, proactively identifying technical risks, dependencies
- Apply and promote engineering best practices, including secure coding, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, documentation, and observability
