About the role
T his is an exciting opportunity for Engineers to begin their careers in a Business Analyst role, working closely with global enterprise customers to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven loyalty management solutions through our GRAVTY ® platform.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end implementation of GRAVTY® solutions for global enterprise customers
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand customer business processes, objectives, and challenges
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
- Configure solutions, support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project delivery
