Events Coordinator

About the role

As a company, we invest significantly in high-impact events to position our platform and leadership, and we’re seeking an experienced, hyper-organized Event Coordinator to ensure every touchpoint is executed with precision. While this role is primarily coordination-focused and not expected to involve regular travel, there may occasionally be a need to be present on-site depending on the event.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Event Coordination & Ownership
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Branding & Content , who owns overall strategy, creative direction, and content
• Own the execution phase: track timelines, chase deliverables, and ensure all marketing, design, and logistics tasks stay on schedule
• Coordinate with vendors (booth providers, AV, print, venue teams) to ensure logistics and technical requirements are met
• Track every detail: internal deliverables, key event deadlines, shipping, signage, speaker coaching, and more
