LPM Senior Strategist

About the role

We're looking for a senior strategist to be the intellectual engine of our client work. The job essentially has three segments: advise, direct, and interpret. You direct the analysis, interpret what the data actually means, and advise clients on what to do about it - delivered in a way that moves executives to act.

What you'll do

• The analytical agenda - defining the questions worth asking, directing the analysis, and pressure-testing the results before anyone else sees them
• The interpretation - turning diagnostics and data into a clear point of view on where value is created, where it leaks, and what to do about it
• The plan - growth roadmaps, business cases, and prioritized recommendations that clients can actually execute
• The story - executive-grade narratives, presentations, and moments that change how a leadership team thinks about their program
• The advisory relationship - serving as the senior strategic voice clients turn to when the question is “what should we do?” rather than “when will it be done?”
