About the role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Library Content Customization and Translation entitlements , ensuring high-quality execution of client-specific requirements across courses, PDFs, and other learning assets. The PSPM will bring strong project management expertise to drive execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Project Execution & Delivery
- Manage delivery of content customization and translation projects across formats such as eLearning courses, PDFs, and PPTs
- Own planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables in line with defined SLAs and client commitments
- Apply strong project mana gement practices (planning, risk management, dependency tracking, prioritization) to ensure predictable delivery
- Coordinate execution across internal teams (Content, QA, Technology, Vendors) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
