About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office 365 Tenant Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365 and Exchange Online, as well as Microsoft Exchange 2016 or later. This role will be crucial in supporting a hybrid environment with Office 365 and ensuring seamless integration and operation.
What you'll do
- Manage and support Office 365 services including, but not limited to, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of Office 365 services
- Involved in Major Incident Management processes including preparing Root Cause Analysis and implementing Post Incident Recommendations
- Prepare and maintain documentation. Present new ideas and concepts to the team
- Perform thorough root cause analysis, best practice troubleshooting techniques and processes
