About the role
The analyst will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting German-language financial information from defined public sources and contributors, and accurately entering the relevant information into the database using proprietary collection methodologies. This includes capturing improved information from German-language corporate announcements, stock exchange notices, regulatory filings, and other relevant sources.
What you'll do
- Process and maintain Corporate Actions data accurately and within the defined timelines using financial, technical, and German-language knowledge
- Review, interpret, and extract relevant information from German-language financial documents, corporate announcements, stock exchange notices, and regulatory sources
- Ensure accurate interpretation of German financial terminology and Corporate Actions information before updating the database
- Review existing sources to ensure that all relevant events are covered as per the source audit file
- Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries and data quality issues, and find opportunities to improve work practices
