About the role

Content Infrastructure Owners are responsible for managing the evolution of tools by designing exit strategies from existing utilities into a core set of capabilities for all teams across the Content Operations organisation.
What you'll do
- Review technology and identify most efficient mechanisms to support activity in scope
- Assess interactions between Content teams and handoffs between Content Masters for mastered data to identify process disconnects to generate additional automation…
- Work with tools/UI person to ensure deployed UI minimises any kind of process gaps
- Deploy capabilities into Content Production and continuously evolve capabilities
- Definition and ownership of parameters to report the effectiveness of tools and the function they perform
