- Own and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the systems you support
- Continuously measure and improve availability, and overall system health
- Develop automation to scale systems sustainably and prevent or mitigate service issues
- Partner with development teams to enhance reliability, observability, and release velocity
- Participate in on - call rotations, incident response, post incident reviews, and root cause analysis
