About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Reporting & Data Stewardship to support the delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, data governance, and data stewardship across Colleague Services and Operations Risk & Resilience. This role will act as a key partner to business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and technology partners to ensure trusted, scalable, and actionable data is available for decision-making.
What you'll do
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted reporting and analytics partner for senior stakeholders across Colleague Services and Operations Risk & Resilience
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic and operational reporting requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable data, reporting, and dashboard solutions
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviews
