Seeking a proactive Workday HR Reporting Analyst with 12 years of experience to design develop and maintain comprehensive Workday reports and analytics across HR domains
What you'll do
- Design develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Advanced Matrix reports
- Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR and business requirements
- Manage Workday modules such as Core HR PS Workforce Administration Recruitment Security Talent and Performance Benefits and Compensation in reporting
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions troubleshoot and resolve user reported issues
- Establish and document reporting processes SOPs workflows and governance frameworks
