About the role
Direct comprehensive program lifecycles encompassing scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and high-impact outcomes. Deliver transparent status updates and executive reporting to leadership teams and steering committees. Direct multidisciplinary project teams comprising Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Test Leads, and Change Managers.
What you'll do
- Architect robust program governance reporting structures and executive review mechanisms to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment
- Drive strategic decision-making and efficient issue resolution across complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives
- Deliver transparent status updates and executive reporting to leadership teams and steering committees
- Oversee end-to-end delivery phases including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and transition activities
- Monitor program dependencies and delivery progress to ensure strict adherence to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards
