We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer Operations to oversee the daytoday operations of our network infrastructure The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring maintaining troubleshooting and optimizing network performance while ensuring security and reliability You will work closely with IT teams and vendors to support business operations and resolve networkrelated issues Its 247 support system
What you'll do
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds
- Ensure uptime and availability of network devices including routers switches firewalls and VPNs
- Conduct routine network health checks and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to latency connectivity and security
- Provide Level 23 support for networkrelated incidents and escalate as needed
