About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8-12 years of handson experience in designing developing implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow platform customization workflow automation integrations ITSM processes and application development to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives
What you'll do
- Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM and Service Portal solutions
- Develop business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions workflow flows and catalog items
- Build and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Create and optimize Service Catalogs Knowledge Management Incident Problem Change and Request Management processes
