About the role
LTM is seeking a Senior Specialist - Architecture to lead complex ServiceNow implementations. Document all development, configurations, and technical specifications while preparing comprehensive training materials for stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Architect robust solution designs and implement complex ServiceNow projects while adhering to Agile Scrum methodologies
- Oversee advanced configurations across ITSM Pro, CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Develop custom scripts using client-side and server-side techniques alongside Glide APIs to optimize application performance
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with clients and technical teams to resolve critical issues and ensure accurate information flow
- Ensure operational excellence through rigorous crisis management, time management, and proactive problem-solving strategies
