About the role
LTM is seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation to architect advanced SAP S/4HANA solutions.
What you'll do
- Facilitate business requirement-gathering workshops and fit-gap analyses to translate enterprise objectives into scalable functional specifications
- Drive cross-functional integration between SAP SD and MM, FICO, and PS modules to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow and process alignment
- Coordinate development, data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities while collaborating effectively with global onshore-offshore teams
- Manage system integration testing, user acceptance testing, go-live execution, and hypercare support to ensure stability and high performance
- Engage with sales, finance, delivery, and project management stakeholders to provide strategic status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
