Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): Drive the end-to-end management of ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules by leading operational activities and business-as-usual requests.
What you'll do
- Ensure seamless platform performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving job workflow and integration failures
- Execute rigorous data maintenance validation and operational updates to guarantee asset accuracy and compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with business users and stakeholders across EU and US regions to align technical delivery with strategic organizational objectives
- Facilitate clear, efficient communication channels across diverse global teams to accelerate project lifecycles and issue resolution
- Establish robust operational frameworks and best practices for package implementation and ongoing platform maintenance
