What you'll do
- Provide daytoday Claude AI support including onboarding and access issue resolution following established processes
- Assist users in translating practical needs into effective Claude workflows troubleshoot and escalate with clear reproduction steps
- Collect user feedback and recurring issues to implement small improvements in Claude workflows
- Maintain concise runbooks examples and FAQs to facilitate reusable answers for common queries
- Configure test and troubleshoot Claude connectors to approved internal tools and data sources
