What you'll do
- Spearhead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM and ITBM implementations to optimize enterprise project portfolios and resource allocation
- Partner with cross-functional Agile delivery teams to ensure seamless execution, continuous integration, and high-performance system reliability
- Manage Resource Management frameworks to enhance workforce utilization and enterprise project delivery timelines
- Monitor implementation lifecycles, mitigate risks, and establish scalable governance models for ongoing platform enhancements
