About the role
Provide handson L1 L2 and selected L3 operational support for backup and storage services across onpremises infrastructure and cloudintegrated protection platforms
What you'll do
- Monitor backup jobs storage s replication appliances media capacities hardware health and service queues take timely corrective action
- Perform daily administration of backup policies clients agents schedules retention media pools disk pools tape operations and reporting
- Support SANNAS operations including provisioning requests share permissions coordination zoningmasking changes under guidance multipath checks and capacity allocation
- Execute approved restores for files VMs databases applications and systems validate requester authorization and document recovery evidence
- Support cloudintegrated backup object storage gateway archive snapshot vault and replication services within defined runbooks
