About the role
The PPIC role is responsible for effective production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, timely deliveries, and optimal inventory levels. This position coordinates closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with customer and business requirements.
What you'll do
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available capacity
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely execution of the production schedule
- Monitor actual production against the plan and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Implement inventory tracking systems to avoid shortages and overstock situations
