About the role
Responsible for overall store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, GMP compliance, and timely supply to production.
What you'll do
- Supervise and guide store staff; ensure adherence to SOPs
- Maintain optimal stock levels and follow FIFO/FEFO principles
- Ensure accurate inventory records in ERP and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with procurement, PPIC, production, QA/QC, and dispatch teams
- Maintain compliance with GMP, WHO, and ISO standards; support audits
