About the role
The Senior Lead, Project Controls – Resource Planning & OPEX Management will lead resource planning, capacity modelling, workforce demand forecasting, and OPEX governance across CN.
What you'll do
- Lead short, medium, and long-term resource planning across CN project teams and functions
- Build and maintain resource supply and demand models that reflect project workload, delivery priorities, vacancies, contractor needs, and capacity constraints
