About the role

We are hiring an AEM Full Stack Developer to drive the end-to-end modernization of our lumen.com portal on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role combines front-end and back-end expertise to migrate custom components, standardize architecture, and optimize performance. The ideal candidate will work on cloud migration, AI integration, and CI/CD pipeline development while ensuring responsive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.

What you'll do

• Develop and standardize front-end architecture using React, HTL (Sightly), and Storybook for reusable components
• Build and optimize back-end services, workflows, and APIs using Java, Apache Sling, and OSGi
• Create structured content models with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments
• Optimize DAM workflows and implement AI-driven features for tagging, search, and personalization
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with quality gates for reliable deployments and monitoring
