About the role
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production equipment within the TOPCon solar cell/module manufacturing facility. The role involves preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing machine performance, and supporting new equipment installations to achieve maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of TOPCon solar cell/module manufacturing equipment
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for troubleshooting and servicing requirements
- Maintain maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and equipment records
