About the role
Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 2 institute 6-10 years of experience preferably in HRBP domain. Experience working with a diverse workforce. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies. Responsible for managing Engagement Surveys, Exit Interviews and drive employee engagement initiatives and measure their impact.
