Promote a strong safety culture across production areas. 15-18 years of experience in API pharma manufacturing
What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily API manufacturing activities
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and monthly output targets
- Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources
- Monitor batch manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with approved BMR/BPR
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements
