What you'll do
- Ensure that each shift operates in compliance with HSE regulations and supports the achievement of the Goal Zero target
- Oversee smooth production line operations by maintaining equipment and effectively managing assigned manpower
- Manage and control the Production Department to meet customer requirements regarding quality, quantity, and delivery
- Execute process orders, rigorously verify adherence to SOPs, and ensure timely completion of grade line tasks
- Follow and maintain line processing condition with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
