- Own the lifecycle of digital/business applications – discovery, delivery, enhancements, releases and BAU support
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements, ask the right questions and translate needs into scalable solutions
- Drive delivery through vendors, Global CoEs and internal technology teams, ensuring quality and timelines
- Manage application performance, incidents, enhancements, SLAs and vendor accountability
- Identify opportunities for process digitization, workflow automation and productivity improvement
