Manager R&D

About the role

The Life Sciences R&D department consists of around 200 engineers developing Electron Microscopy (EM) solutions and applications that help our customers make the world cleaner, healthier, and safer. Coach teams and leaders in Agile principles and effective ways of working.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a group of approximately 15–20 direct reports across multiple teams and projects
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture
• Support career development, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and continuous learning
• Develop technical and leadership capabilities across the organization
