What you'll do

• Lead regional rollout and scaling of priority Marketing Excellence programs across APMEA countries and divisions
• Translate strategic frameworks into practical playbooks, processes, governance models, tools and implementation roadmaps
• Manage cross-functional program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder actions from pilot through proof of value to regional scale
• Drive adoption of frameworks including KOL / Customer Advocacy, NPI launch excellence, lifecycle marketing, campaign excellence and other priority programs
