About the role
We are seeking an experienced senior technical individual contributor to own and drive the Document Management Systems portfolio within the Oracle Center of Excellence Shared Services organization, supporting global business operations from Bangalore. This role requires hands-on technical depth across OpenText Captiva , e-Signature platforms (Adobe Sign and DocuSign) , and Lotus Notes , along with the ability to partner closely with business stakehol
What you'll do
- Support integration between Captiva and downstream repositories (e.g., Oracle WebCenter, Documentum)
- Develop and maintain custom scripting for business rules within Captiva workflows
- Support version upgrades, patching, and environment troubleshooting
- Build and maintain custom API integrations using DocuSign and Adobe Sign SDKs/REST APIs for automated document routing and signature workflows
- Design workflow/template routing rules, bulk send configuration, and SSO/authentication integration
