About the role
Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (Remediation & Testing) to join our team and support ServiceNow transformation, remediation, and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform remediation activities, defect resolution, and testing to ensure the stability, quality, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
- Perform remediation activities on existing ServiceNow implementations, including fixing defects, resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations
- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
- Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades, migrations, or new implementations
- Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues
